Job summary

Venture National Group in Fresno, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our technology infrastructure for optimal performance. You will provide technical assistance to employees and support network/system maintenance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2-3 years IT support experience, strong Windows/macOS and Office skills, basic networking knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and ensure systems and software are operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update IT documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
