Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related certification with relevant experience in IT service delivery.
• Experience in a customer-focused IT support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticketing skills with Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents.
• Support and configure Windows Server.
• Record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system.
• Provide remote support to users, including those working from home.
• Assist with asset management and inventory reconciliation.
• Escalate incidents to other support teams when needed.
