Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Information Technology Technician to deliver frontline support across the organization. The role covers hardware, software, and end-user computing, with emphasis on timely customer service in a fast-paced LNG environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and a minimum of two years of macOS support experience. Corporate IT experience and Apple certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing help desk or desktop support in a macOS environment.
• Experience supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems required.
• Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment preferred.
• Apple product and device certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, responsive, customer-focused technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve routine hardware, software, OS, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Escalate and coordinate support requests with third-party IT service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track, document, and update support tickets for timely resolution and records.
• Assist with setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and accessories.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset deployment and account setup.
• Create basic technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
