Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team. You'll support a macOS–driven environment, onboard at scale, and help automate processes as the company grows.

You’ll work with IT Engineering and Security, handle end-user issues across devices and SaaS platforms, and participate in on-call rotations while developing deeper system administration skills over time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and iOS/Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and Slack.
• Ability to script repetitive tasks in Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and accounts issues via ticketing system and Slack.
• Diagnose and fix macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices and core SaaS platforms.
• Manage access, onboarding/offboarding, and identity-related workflows.
• Contribute to automation, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
