Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Security Engineer to drive end-to-end security tooling and controls for its AI environment. You will implement endpoint hardening, device management, and policy enforcement across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS while shaping the security posture of the company as it scales.

You will lead threat modeling and build integrations, with a strong emphasis on identity governance, SaaS security, and zero-trust access.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint security engineering on macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS with device management and policy controls
• Proficiency in Python and scripting; builds integrations, automation, and internal tooling
• Experience in identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust access
• Strong threat-modeling ability; scopes problems, defines done, drives to completion
• Commitment to Anthropic's mission and security role

Responsibilities

• Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS with versioned, reviewable controls
• Extend device-trust and zero-trust access controls for properly bound, right-access devices
• Build automation and integrations to scale security operations and review queues
• Lead SaaS and identity governance, including OAuth grants and delegated access
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering on telemetry, detections, and standards
