Job summary

RoslinCT US is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools. You will manage tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with global teams across the USA and UK.

The role covers Intune, Entra ID/AD, and security-focused troubleshooting in a regulated environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, strong PowerShell skills, and hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

Qualifications

• A relevant IT qualification, degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, security or information protection are desirable.
• 2+ years of IT support, Microsoft 365 administration or IT operations experience.
• Solid practical Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Experience with Entra ID, MFA and hybrid Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and meeting-room tech.
• Manage tickets, escalate when needed, and document progress across USA and UK.
• Maintain Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive configurations.
• Use PowerShell and automation for routine admin tasks with senior review.
• Support security-related tasks and respond to Defender/email security issues.
