Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site IT support for the Regional Office and multiple job sites. You will troubleshoot desktop, network, and software issues while documenting work orders and collaborating with end users and vendors.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in IT and at least 3 years of IT experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' practical IT experience required.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop/laptop, cellular, telephone and local network support for assigned offices and job sites.
• Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Log work in the trouble-ticketing system and communicate with clients.
• Support all levels of end users, including non-technical staff, to resolve issues.
• Handle implementation, coordination, maintenance, and security of systems.
• Manage project activities for new jobsite IT setups, including circuit ordering and delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the business unit.
