Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to deliver end-user IT support across our regional offices and job sites. You will handle AD accounts, mobile devices, Windows workstations, printers, and software, using a ticketing system to document everything and coordinate with clients.

You’ll support field personnel and management, and cover the Helpdesk phone queue as needed. The role involves implementing and maintaining IT systems and procedures, plus leading IT setup projects for new job

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of practical IT experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across office and job sites.
• Use ticketing system to document work and communicate with clients.
• Manage IT for field personnel and management levels.
• Cover Helpdesk phone queue as needed.
• Implement, maintain, and secure IT systems and procedures.
• Lead project setup for new job sites including IT requirements.
