The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes secure, reliable IT operations and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems in a business environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
Experience with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across multiple office locations.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows workstations and mobile devices.
Administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID user accounts and groups.
Assist in Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
Support endpoint security and device compliance initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of users and assets.
Create and maintain technical documentation and processes.
