Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide end-user support across regional offices and job sites. You will handle AD accounts, devices, and software, using a ticketing system for clear communication and escalation when needed.

You’ll support Windows and Microsoft 365, assist with network/server tasks, and coordinate new job site IT setups while maintaining security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient troubleshooting over phone, remote tools, and in person.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Cisco VOIP.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and problem resolution for hardware and software.
• Document work in the ticketing system and communicate with clients.
• Adapt to field, office, and management needs at Rosendin.
• Cover the HelpDesk phone queue when needed.
• Manage IT projects for new job site setups and ongoing support.
• Provide tier 1 local network and server support for offices and job sites.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
