Job summary

TEKsystems in Lake Forest, CA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to monitor and maintain IT consumer devices across office, manufacturing, and logistics environments. You will provide hardware and software support, resolve service requests, and help optimize end-user experience with AI-assisted tooling.

The role emphasizes incident management, device provisioning, cybersecurity hygiene, and collaboration with multiple teams. Prior ITIL and ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is required, with a bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• At least one industry certification such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or others
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and cloud-based endpoint management (Intune, JAMF)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and mobile devices
• Monitor and maintain computer systems across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments
• Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
• Provide technical support to corporate end users, manufacturing and logistics teams
• Provision new user accounts and equipment
• Repair or decommission equipment as needed
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation
• Test new technology and support cybersecurity hygiene
