Job summary

Teceze USA seeks an on-site IT support specialist to assist end users in a manufacturing setting. You will handle laptops, desktops, smartphones, and peripheral devices, performing hardware and software troubleshooting and basic network support.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in IT/Desktop/EUC support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with asset management, imaging, and ServiceNow ITSM. Prior experience in industrial environments is a plus, with emphasis on safety practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT/Desktop/EUC support experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
• Basic network troubleshooting ability.
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
• IT asset/stock management and monthly audits.
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/logistics/warehouse/industrial environments preferred.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities
