Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a MacOSX Systems Administrator in California to manage and optimize our Apple fleet. You will administer MacOSX using JamF PRO, ensure devices stay patched and up to date, and deploy automated software installations across all managed devices.

You will streamline the onboarding of new Apple hardware and provide 3rd level support for OSX-related issues, collaborating closely with the IT team to maintain security and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering OSX via JamF PRO.
• Solid patch management for MacOSX and software updating.
• Ability to design and implement automated software deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer MacOSX systems using JamF PRO.
• Ensure all computers run the latest OS patches for security and performance.
• Update applications to the latest versions across all managed devices.
• Create automated deployments for software installations and updates.
• Streamline the deployment process for new Apple computers to improve efficiency.
• Provide 3rd level support for other support groups on OSX related issues.
