Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own the macOS platform and drive endpoint management across our IT ecosystem. You will define standards for Jamf Pro, manage AutoPkg pipelines, and collaborate with Security to enforce device trust.

The role requires 8+ years of macOS management at scale, scripting capabilities, and strong cross-functional communication. On-site with competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing macOS at scale with enterprise MDM.

Responsibilities

• Own Jamf Pro environment configuration, policies, and change standards.
• Manage AutoPkg-based software pipeline, packaging, deployment, and disk encryption.
• Build automation and reusable tooling for IT engineers to adopt enterprise-wide.
• Own zero-touch provisioning and device enrollment for new employees.
• Collaborate with Security to enforce device trust and compliance across fleet.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex endpoint issues.
