Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative team environment. You will manage support activities across Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and cloud services to enable strategic focus for the team.

Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 support experience, strong M365 troubleshooting skills, and scripting abilities with PowerShell or Python. Exposure to Azure/AWS and regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Has Level 2/3 support experience or similar in IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and business apps.
• Support SaaS platforms and resolve end-user issues.
• Assist with Azure and AWS administration and maintenance.
• Handle identity, access, and authentication requests.
• Investigate system, application, and data issues.
• Support automation and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
