Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative team environment. You will manage support activities across Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and cloud services to enable strategic focus for the team.

Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 support experience, strong M365 troubleshooting skills, and scripting abilities with PowerShell or Python. Exposure to Azure/AWS and regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Has Level 2/3 support experience or similar in IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell or Python.

Working closely with senior staff, you'll manage support activities across Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and cloud services, enabling strategic focus for the team.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Supporting SaaS platforms and resolving end-user issues.
• Assisting with Azure and AWS administration and maintenance.
• Handling identity, access, and authentication requests.
• Investigating system, application, and data issues.
• Supporting automation and scripting with PowerShell or Python.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience in Level 2/3 support, systems administration, or application support roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
