Job summary

XAMMAX, LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer II in Houston, TX to deliver high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting, ensuring smooth desktop and network operations across client environments.

You will handle Windows Server, Intune, VPN, SCCM, and related technologies, participate in ticket escalation, update clients regularly, and assist L1 staff and other IT groups to maintain a robust IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, routing, switching and Microsoft 365 (InTune).

Responsibilities

• Be an integral point for ticket escalation for higher level issues.
• Accepts tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the IC SLAs.
• Update tickets on a daily basis and communicate with the clients regarding resolution.
• Assist L1 associates.
• Assist other departments includes IT Help Desk and auditing IC IT software.
