Job summary

Amazon’s ITS team seeks an experienced ITS Support Engineer to provide on-site, high-quality IT support for corporate employees in Tempe, AZ. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve diverse hardware and software issues, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to maintain peak operational performance.

You’ll engage in escalations, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and continuously expand your IT skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies including AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• Experience troubleshooting in a high availability multi-user environment.
• Experience in PC repair, deployment and disposition.
• Experience delivering IT client, server and network services in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high-quality hands-on support, diagnose and resolve issues; analyze logs to assess system health.
• Triages and escalates outages; participates in change management in a high-availability environment.
• Collaborates with partner teams and vendors on continuous improvement projects.
• Manage IT asset inventories and mentor peers; support knowledge sharing and training.
