Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an IT Support professional to assist users, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and maintain IT infrastructure. You will handle PC deployment, printer and device configurations, and work with the IT team to resolve incidents swiftly.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in networking and Microsoft systems, and experience with Service Desk tools. This position is based in Denver and involves coordinating with the AE Infra team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in IT related field.
• 2+ years experience with networking and Microsoft systems.
• 2+ years supporting Active Directory and servers in production.
• Experience with Service Desk Tool such as Service Now.
• Wired and Wireless network design and implementation.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• 2+ years LAN, Network, Servers and PC experience.
• Good analytical trouble-shooting skills.
• Good problem analysis and solving techniques.
• Patient, customer-focused and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot IT problems from internal customers.
• Track PC problems and resolve them promptly.
• Log, monitor, resolve and close tickets in the Service Desk Tool.
• Escalate advanced problems to appropriate resources.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and configuration.
• Install and configure new PCs and assist with roll-downs.
• Maintain configuration of computers, printers, servers, and network gear.
• Update IT inventory and assets records.
• Assist with training for new hires and internal customers.
• Collaborate with Managers to set priorities and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with vendor coordination for IT equipment and network systems.
