Job summary

ID Tech Solutions Inc. in Lakewood, NJ is looking for an IT Analyst to join our fast-growing MSP team. You will handle end-user requests via phone, email, and tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough documentation of problem-solving steps.

Responsibilities include software installation, hardware setup, and basic diagnostics. Occasional on-site visits across the tri-state area, plus an on-call rotation, offer opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
Experience with AD, Office 365, and DNS is required.
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting instincts and urgency in addressing client issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming help requests from end users via phone, email, and tickets.
Respond to tickets following SLA guidelines and document the resolution.
Perform software installation, configuration, and desktop support.
Provide hardware setup and basic maintenance, with onsite visits as needed.
Collaborate with the team and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in an on-call rotation and stay updated on tech trends.
