You will deliver reliable IT solutions, support small to mid‑sized business environments, and collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. The position emphasizes strong communication, service mindset, and end‑to‑end ticket ownership, with certifications supported and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support with MSP experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server and networking.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• ConnectWise experience is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks and line‑of‑business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site support for Microsoft 365, Windows desktops, and end‑user issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Execute infrastructure projects: server migrations, upgrades, hardware refreshes, cutover/rollback planning.
• Support and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support line‑of‑business apps including QuickBooks and client software.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Use ConnectWise Manage/Automate/Control for service delivery and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients of varying technical backgrounds.
• Document work and follow internal processes to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve processes.
