Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team. This hands-on IT professional will support end users, manage devices, and contribute to desktop engineering efforts in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, imaging laptops, deploying Windows, and coordinating with AD, Exchange, SCCM/Intune for endpoint management, with potential long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with desktop imaging and Windows deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot endpoint and user support issues.
• Familiarity with SCCM and/or Intune.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange.
• Comfort working directly with end users.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Compensation: $ 32 - $37 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys more than traditional service desk work. You'll support end users, manage devices, and play a key role in desktop engineering efforts within a collaborative environment. The team is looking for someone who can jump in, solve problems, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide hands-on service desk and deskside support
• Image laptops and deploy Windows systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Manage mobile device resets and setup
• Support Active Directory requests and permissions
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange support
• Work with SCCM and Intune for endpoint management
• Help support endpoint deployments and related projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
