OUC – The Reliable One in Orlando, FL is offering a Computer Specialist Intern position in the Digital & Technology division. You will join the Desktop & Client Operations team to gain hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware imaging, and IT infrastructure tasks during a structured internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
• Academic status of Sophomore or above
• Program of study: Computer Science, Information Systems & Technology
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous internship experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing local and remote desktop support, responding to service requests, and resolving assigned tickets through applicable ticketing systems
• Deploying, re-imaging, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware, operating systems, and supporting server environments
• Troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues and assisting with general IT infrastructure support
• Assisting with security-related tasks, including virus/malware research, vulnerability reviews, account deactivation, and Active Directory updates
• Supporting positive client relationship management by delivering timely, effective technical solutions and performing other assigned duties
