Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown PC is seeking a full-time IT Services Intern in our Orlando office. Under the supervision of the IT Services Manager, you will provide operational support across the IT organization, assisting with hardware, software, and networking tasks.

Some travel to local offices may be required. Qualifications include an IT degree (senior or master's preferred), knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office, and familiarity with Java, HTML, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Senior or master's level IT degree required.
• Understanding of end-user support in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Java, HTML and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operational support to the organization.
• Assist with asset shipment and delivery with vendors.
• Document and track tasks for timely resolutions.
• Act as a supplemental resource for technology initiatives.
• Support technology needs and keep IT management informed.
• Collaborate with IT team to complete projects.
• Travel to other offices as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
