This position offers a salary range of $42,000 to $48,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The role is located in Grand Rapids, MI, with a hybrid work environment, and is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical end-user support across various client environments.
  • Assisting with user administration, Office 365, hardware/software support, remote connectivity, server, and network support.
Preferred experience:
  • Help Desk or technical support roles with ticketing systems.
  • Office 365, Active Directory, RMM tools like ConnectWise.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, VLANs, MFA, and end-user support via phone or remote tools.
Bonus skills include:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco.
  • Experience with MSPs, ConnectWise, SolarWinds, Veeam, Cisco, VMware, Dell, and related technologies.
