IT Support Specialist/Help Desk

Onsite- Mountain Top, PA Area

Our client is a long-standing textile manufacturer known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and operational efficiency. They are looking to add a motivated IT Support Specialist/Help Desk to their growing team to support daily IT operations and contribute to ongoing technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Align IT support and shared services with business goals to drive efficiency and agility.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, access, and end-user setup.
  • Maintain secure, up-to-date network and infrastructure systems.
  • Partner with business teams to prioritize needs and deliver practical IT solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
