Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team supporting the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract.

This is a part-time fully remote position.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for PAM help desk users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering support teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and project requirements.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years in IT help desk or user support environment.
