Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a technical support specialist to assist end users and resolve issues under direct supervision. You will document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution, following established guidelines.

The role emphasizes learning and applying standard procedures while coordinating with team members to meet support goals and deadlines. Benefits are provided as part of the package.

• Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor.
