Job summary

Brown Group Companies seeks a dependable IT Support Technician to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users, and maintain IT equipment to keep systems secure and operational.

You will support networking, micro market installations, firewall management, and travel to various locations, with mileage reimbursement. Requires good communication and familiarity with Windows 7/10 and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year associate degree a plus.
• Knowledge of client/server concepts and security best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 7/10 environments.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain IT equipment and help ensure security procedures are followed.
• Install, configure, and support computers, printers, and network devices.
• Support network and micro market installations and maintenance.
• Document issues and escalate unresolved problems.
• Travel to locations as needed with mileage reimbursement.
