Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and networking certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with help desk and desktop support.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Research questions using available information resources and document resolutions.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Participate in IT-related projects beyond routine help desk tickets.
