Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal point of contact for technology support.
• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to chancery staff, priests and diocesan employees.
• Coordinate with the contracted IT services provider for escalated issues.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of computers, monitors, mobile devices and software licenses.
• Assist with the planned migration to Microsoft 365.
