Breezeline is seeking a Technician, IT Concierge in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on delivering high-level technical support for employees, handling desktop hardware/software issues, and maintaining system documentation.

Qualifications

Experience providing end-user IT support and problem resolution.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace and VOIP systems.
Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to Breezeline employees with strong customer service.
Triage and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Record, track, and document issues in the Help Desk system through to resolution.
Create and maintain documentation on system configurations and processes.
Monitor system backups, performance, and security updates; escalate as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with IT staff to resolve problems.
