Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of desktop or end‑user support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows‑based environments and enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional end‑user IT support.
• VIP / Executive support for leadership and VIP users.
• Event & meeting support for conferences and special events.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows environments.
• Document incidents and maintain knowledge base articles.
