Breezeline is seeking an IT Technician to deliver frontline support for employees, handling desktop, network and software issues with a focus on customer service. The role includes remote assistance, on-site tasks, and detailed problem documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support for desktops, laptops and printers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019, AD, Google Workspace and VOIP.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support with high customer service and timeliness.
• Offer remote assistance and escalate complex issues to higher tier personnel.
• Own and resolve or escalate issues, documenting progress in the Help Desk.
• Record and track problems in the ticketing system.
• Monitor system backups and ensure server connectivity and performance.
• Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level and configure systems.
• Create documentation on configuration, processes and service records.
• On-call rotation as required.
