Job summary

Teceze is seeking a Field Support Engineer- Band 2 / Deskside Support in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on on-site and remote end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and active directory-based policy application.

Qualifications

• Join systems to Active Directory and apply policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site (desk-side) and remote IT support to end users.
• Handle service requests and incident resolution via helpdesk tools.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware/software issues.
