Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace and VOIP telephony systems.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system backups and ensure integrity.
• Field incoming tickets and resolve application and software issues.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and install software/hardware.
• Document problem-solving steps and maintain system configuration records.
