Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in IT Support and IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Design and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN and VPNs.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency.
