Job summary

Smart Circle International in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The role covers cloud infrastructure, in-office and remote employee support, and VDI maintenance in a dynamic environment.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, Office 365 administration, and network security with strong documentation practices. This temporary-to-perm position starts as a 6-month term with potential conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Strong communication and documenting work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud platforms and infrastructure, ensuring systems are stable and secure.
• Provide hands-on IT support to in-office employees and troubleshoot issues.
• Support and maintain VDI environments.
• Provide IT support to remote employees across locations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including accounts and equipment provisioning.
• Support network infrastructure, security tools, and Office 365 administration.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
