Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Client Support Associate / IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for internal staff in a fast-paced office in Plainfield, IL.

You will be the primary onsite IT contact, handling hardware, software, networking, and printer issues and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers hands-on enterprise IT experience, a 3-month contract with possible extension or temp-to-hire, and daily collaboration with the IT team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, printers, and Office apps.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/printer issues and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, OS, drivers, and applications.
• Image, deploy, and replace laptops and devices for end users.
• Support onboarding by configuring equipment and workstations.
