Job summary
Amazon's Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon facilities across a defined region. You will be encouraged to pursue career development opportunities and participate in ongoing training as you progress.
Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting IT equipment, supporting end users, and traveling regionally to support customers.
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assisting in training new hires.
- Continuous learning of new technologies.
- Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
- Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
