You will allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests across the network, and assist in training new hires while continually learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with high customer service expectations.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long shifts, and frequently bend or reach.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support multiple buildings and remote customers.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
