Job summary
Amazon’s Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) seeks an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes proactive learning, quick problem-solving, and reliable support in fast-paced environments.
You will handle IT equipment, support requests, and cross-location issues while helping train new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assisting in training new hires.
- Continuous learning of new technologies.
- Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
- Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
