Job summary

Amazon Operations is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across facilities in a defined geographic area. You will be encouraged to pursue career development opportunities as part of Amazon’s commitment to growth.

Responsibilities include equipment allocation, troubleshooting, supporting training, and assisting customers from multiple buildings and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Traveling within local or regional area to support our customers.
