Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Leesburg, GA, seeks an IT Analyst to provide prompt technical support, desk-side Windows 10/11 help, and MS Office configuration. You will install software, replace desktop and laptop hardware, and manage printers and network shares.

Travel to surrounding areas occasionally; report to the office Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM. 1–3 years of experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ prior experience providing customer support for Windows 10/11 and MS Outlook in a networked environment.
• 2 years’ prior experience supporting MS Office products (or other shrink-wrap software) including using TrackIt for ticketing and documenting actions.
• 1-2 years’ experience replacing hardware in desktops and laptops.
• Outstanding customer service skills are a requirement.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot workstation, application, peripheral, TCP/IP, and/or printer problems.
• Able to lift and carry computers (~50 lbs.) and access under desks or ladders as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (min 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Desk-side Windows 10/11 workstation support in a networked office environment.
• Support MS Office 365 and Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure software.
• Replace hardware in desktops and laptops.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network file shares.
• Peripheral installations.
• Configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support employee iPhone and Android devices and applications.
• Assist employees with computer moves, adds, and changes.
• Review trouble ticket queues and document support activities.
• Escalate problems as required.
• Close assigned trouble tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.
