Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking an IT Analyst to provide prompt technical support and desk-side Windows 10/11 assistance in a Leesburg, GA office. You will configure MS Office 365 and Outlook, install software, and replace hardware as needed while maintaining ticket queues per SLA.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel for nearby area day trips is possible.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience providing customer support for Windows 10/11 in a networked environment.
• 2 years’ experience supporting MS Office products and using a ticketing system (TrackIt) is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience replacing hardware in desktops/laptops; ability to lift ~50 lbs.
• Outstanding customer service skills are a strict requirement.
• Strong oral and written communications and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Desk-side Windows 10/11 workstation support in an office network.
• Configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 and Outlook.
• Install and configure software; replace hardware as needed.
• Support printers and network file shares; perform peripheral installations.
• Assist with computer/user moves, adds, changes; document actions per SLA.
• Review trouble tickets and escalate issues when needed.
