Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Roll out devices across all company facilities.
• Windows 10 installation, configuration, and support.
• Provide IT support via phone or in person for the refresh and salvage project.
• Lift and transport computers and equipment for installation and salvage.
• Travel to all facilities; travel will not be reimbursed.
• Configure and troubleshoot end-user desktops and mobile devices.
• Perform device imaging.
• Cable management for removed and installed PCs.
• Follow IT scripts to connect devices to the network.
• Ensure devices have antivirus and encryption.
