Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and OS (Windows 11 and MacOS).
• Document issues and keep users informed through resolution.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and assist with virtual desktops.
• Assist in identifying recurring problems and support process improvements.
