Qualifications

2+ years IT helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and support desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows 11 and MacOS).
Document, track, and monitor issues through to resolution, keeping users informed.
Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate as required.
Support users in virtual desktop environments.
Identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements.
