Our client, a prestigious mid-sized investment banking firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an IT Support Consultant to join their team. This person will work closely alongside the firm’s IT Manager to support day-to-day technology operations and provide hands-on technical support to employees across the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot general end-user issues in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, password resets, and workstation deployments
• Support conference room technology, VPN/connectivity issues, and remote access needs
• Partner with the IT Manager on ongoing technology initiatives and operational support efforts
• Deliver professional, white-glove support to employees across all levels of the firm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of IT support / desktop support / help desk experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
