Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to deliver desk-side support for office and research users, manage Exchange Online, and troubleshoot a range of IT issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle Active Directory and Azure services, Office 365 administration, and equip the organization with secure, efficient IT systems. Weekend on-call rotation and mobile device support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/related field and 3+ years IT helpdesk experience.
• Expert MS Windows; strong Active Directory and Azure experience.
• Office 365 administration knowledge; customer service; training ability; time management and security adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support for office and lab users.
• Escalate and resolve incidents using ITSM and SLAs.
